Scope
This International Standard specifies requirements and provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining, reviewing, and improving an effective and responsive Sanitization Compliance Management system in an epidemic context for Sanitization Service Providers (SSP).
This Standard shall be used by SSP only.
It sets out requirements
and provides guidance to help these providers to comply with Guidelines and Regulatory
Frameworks and voluntary commitments applicable to their activities, as well as
prevent, detect, and respond to non-compliance events.
This
document does not specifically address how to develop the specific risk
management system (formal or informal), which is needed for adequately handling
the Sanitisation processes, but what and how you should do to be in good standing with laws, regulations, best practices (compliance).
Micro, Small and Medium SSP Enterprises willing to implement within their company also a comprehensive Health Emergency Risk Compliance Management system (HER-CMS) may apply the simplified Standard EIFEC ES2001.06:HBY/HER-S.
